Ingredients
Algae
3 tablespoons of choucroute
1/2 small red onion
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
2 tablespoons of olive oil
Pepper
Oregon
Dried basil
Fresh thyme
Preparation:
Hydrate the algae in water for 5 minutes.
Place all ingredients in the blender. Grind until you obtain a homogeneous mixture. Adjust the seasoning, if necessary.
Serve with toast or toast.
