If it's Made in Portugal it's good, but if it's from the Azores it's even better!

Smoked Fish Toasts

Prepare a delicious snack or a practical brunch with these toasts that can be adapted to different types of fish. We suggest trying it with smoked salmon, cod and tuna.

Ingredients:
4 slices of rustic bread
100 g of smoked salmon
100 g of smoked cod
100 g of smoked tuna
50 g of salmon roe
1 small cucumber
1 bunch of radishes
1 LONG LIFE Natural yogurt
4 c. of light mayonnaise soup

Preparation:
- Wash the cucumber and without peeling it, cut it into thin slices.
- Wash and grate the radishes.
- Toast slices of bread.
- Mix the yogurt, mayonnaise, chopped dill, grated radishes (reserve part for decoration), salt and pepper.
- Divide the mixture between the toasts.
- Add lettuce leaves, slices of salmon, cod and smoked tuna, alternated with cucumber slices.
- Sprinkle with ground black pepper.
- When serving, decorate with salmon roe and the rest of the grated radishes.

Note: It is possible to make it with just one variety of fish.
